A Dutchman jailed for insulting Netherlands King on face book

The 44 years old Duchman sentenced 30 days in prison for insulting the Netherlands king on Facebook.

 The man declared guilt for breaking seldom used royal defamation law. 

The man insulted the king 

Willem-Alexander by accusing him of being

 a murderer, thief and rapist, 

and also doctored images of executions online to include the king's face

 in place of those of the 

actual victims. 

In Netherlands laws the defamation of royal household banned

 since 1881 and for those 

who convicted will be jailed up to five years in prison or 

fine of €20,000 (US$22,000).
